• Competitive Incentives: Teams demonstrating exceptional performance are eligible for cash prizes, awarded based on their success in club challenges and their ranking at the state competition.

• Team Fellowship: Team ONLY meetings will include group potlucks, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among teammates.
